1. Eligibility

Participation is open to all residents of Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India, aged 18 years and above. Individuals below 18 years may participate only with parental or guardian consent. Employees, partners, vendors, and associates of WoowLocal, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. The campaign is void where prohibited by law.

2. Nature of the Campaign

The “Lucky Draw Campaign” is a free promotional activity. No entry fee or purchase is required to participate. This campaign is not a lottery, gambling, or wagering scheme and complies with Tamil Nadu Gaming & Police Laws. Winners will be selected randomly in a fair and transparent manner.

3. Participation Rules

Participants must provide accurate name and contact details. Only one valid entry per person per day will be accepted. Multiple or automated entries are prohibited. Entries with false, incomplete, or misleading information will be disqualified. By participating, entrants consent to receive promotional messages, updates, and offers from WoowLocal in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes may include discount vouchers, free products, or festival gifts as announced. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Taxes, duties, or levies on prizes (if any) shall be borne by the winners. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, and prizes must be claimed within 15 days. WoowLocal reserves the right to use winners’ names, photos, or testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5. Disqualification

WoowLocal reserves the right to disqualify any participant found using unfair practices such as multiple accounts, bots, or misrepresentation. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in automatic disqualification.

6. Responsibilities & Limitations

WoowLocal shall not be liable for technical issues, internet disruptions, or any force majeure events. Participation does not guarantee winning a prize. WoowLocal is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation or acceptance of prizes.

7. Legal Compliance

This campaign complies with:

• Tamil Nadu Gaming & Police Laws
• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu courts.
